McCain Victory Committee

Paid for by McCain Victory Committee,
a joint fundraising committee by and composed of
John McCain 2008 and the Republican National Committee

Contributions to McCain Victory Committee (a joint fundraising effort by John McCain 2008 and the Republican National Committee) are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes. Unless a contribution would exceed federal limits or a contributor designates otherwise, McCain Victory will allocate to JM 2008's primary account the first $2,300 of an individual's contribution ($4,600 for couples) and the first $5,000 of a federal multicandidate PAC's contribution. A contribution's balance will go to the RNC. McCain Victory's allocations comply with JM 2008's and the RNC's federal limits. For primary-election contributions to JM 2008, an individual may give up to $2,300 ($4,600 per couple) and a federal multicandidate PAC may give up to $5,000. For contributions to the RNC, an individual may give up to $28,500 ($57,000 per couple) and a federal multicandidate PAC may give up to $15,000 in 2008.
